How to Geonor

• Go to town before fight:
• Ensure your flasks are min/max
• Check Una for wand / focus / staff
• Aug all gear
• Keep Orb of Storms up, continue to Frost Bomb regularly, but don't get too distracted by Infusion Remnants and other things, just keep Spark going consistently and avoid death.

• TLDR on Skills:
• First Level 7 gems come in, and you want to take:
• Mana Tempest
• Elemental Weakness
• The supports now refine down on each skill very nicely.
• IMPORTANT!!!! --> your Mana Tempest gobbles up your mana, and on a longer fight you want to let it do that until you see Arcane Surge activate (look for the icon in the top of your screen). With Prolonged Duration I it should activate for 20 seconds, which gives you cast speed and regen for the full fight. After the initial proc of Arcane Surge, you use Mana Tempest to re-apply the damage buff, but don't stand in it and drain your mana.

New Bossing Rotation

• Drop 2x Orb of Storms and 1x Frost Bomb
• Boss spawns, drop Flame Wall and Mana Tempest
• Stand in your tempest and Spark
• Note that you have to stay in the Tempest to get the additional damage, and feel free to dodge out whenever things get dicy, and reset the rotation.
• Also note that Elemental Weakness is good for the actual Act Bosses (it is rarely needed for your regular bosses).

Remnants Begin

• Up to this point collecting infusions has been kind of random, but now we have ascended:
• The lightning infusion on Flame Wall adds more lightning damage to our Spark
• The cold infusion on Spark doubles the damage
• Also landing on Secrets of the Orb on the tree now brings us up to 3 total Orb of Storms.

Damage Rotation

• This build is VERY good DPS when the rotation is done right. And it can honestly feel like it's "weak" if done wrong. i.e. SKILL ISSUES
• Here is the rotation
• Cast Frost Bomb (applies exposure)
• Drop 3x Orb of Storms (1 click with Unleash)
• Cast Flame Wall
• Spam Spark and summon Mana Tempest if you need more damage and to activate 20 second Arcane Surge
• Add Elemental Weakness on big bosses if needed (do this before your mana tempest / spark spam)

The build locks in place from here to mapping.

You have 2 decisions to make: Flame Wall and Pounce ... at some point you have to drop the extra damage Flame Wall adds because it is just better to keep using Spark and the QoL is too good.

Worth mentioning that you have an option on the skill tree from here.

The BEST thing to do is to manage your curse skill passive points onto Weapon Set 2, and to bind your Elemental Weakness to Weapon Set 2. You then alt-skill more damage onto Weapon Set 1. You will see me do this in the passive tree, but it is NOT REQUIRED. **It is a lot to manage, and if you are on your league-start run, the gold for respeccing mistakes is precious**

Some Notes

• In terms of playstyle, not much changes, but note the gem upgrades carefully, especially those for spark.
• Bossing rotation still remains:
• Apply Frost Bomb for exposure & cold infusion (don't Spark yet)
• Drop Elemental Weakness
• Drop Orb of Storms
• The Mana Tempest and pop off with Spark
• Keep your mana up with flask until it starts really draining hard
• *rinse and repeat
• ....
• Elemental Equilibrium is still worse than the Frost Bomb with Short Fuse II, which is an instant 3 cold infusions + 4 if ascendancy triggers. Also, those infusions regenerate after 3 seconds because of Storm's Recollection.
• ...

• If you've geared decently (especially with added skills where possible), you likely only need Spark spam with Mana Tempest to buff the damage for most clears. The bossing rotation stays the same.
• On skill gems, you will notice Cooldown Recovery II showing up in various places, but also everything mostly stays the same here.
• Everything is simple (as far as mechanics and interactions) until you start to scale the mana stacking and the meta gems get added. Continue to progress in mapping and hoard $$$$ until you can make the swap to the next level.

Mana Stacking

• Completely different approach to everything in the build.
• Higher damage, more recovery, much smoother gameplay, less skill rotation, insane damage ceiling.

• If you aren't familiar with mana stacking, watch the entirety of the guide:

• More Expensive Mana Stacker (with T1 Spirit Amulet)
• This variant is closer to min/max, with a few pieces left to improve. Here are key changes / improvements (potentially limitations if you are poor):

• #1 --> Solar Amulet with T1 spirit. This allows running Enfeeble in Blasphemy which is a huge defensive layer. This also enables Mana Remnants which can overflow max mana (the globe will go up to 8K in combat). These are REALLY strong character power improvements, but the amulet is expensive, and the self-craft of this amulet is brutal.
• #2 --> Note the addition of Atziri's Allure into Elemental Weakness. Because we now run 2 curses in Blasphemy, we need this on the self-cast curse for bosses or it won't work.
• #3 --> The links in Spark are optimized from cheaper variant. Thanks to @Arq in Discord for the feedback on Sione's Temper and Unleash interactions with Infusions.
• #4 --> The Controlled Metamorphosis Diamond Jewel allows to allocate 5 strong passives on the tree, including Chakra of Thought, which pushes the Mind Over Matter effect without the Keystone over 70%. This is really ideal and a significant breakpoint for the mana stacking. We also get Kite Runner, which is really high power now that we run Projectile Acceleration III in Spark.
• #5 --> Orb of Storms makes a comeback. ... This is mostly QoL and not required. But, the DPS for general mapping is now so high, that dropping these down in content like Ritual, Expedition, Essences, and Boss fights is just very strong QoL for clear.
• #6 --> My character is level 96 here, and the skill tree is whittled down to exact points for what is needed. The first thing I'd remove if I were not 96 is honestly Wildsurge Incantation, but you have to be careful not to stand in the Mana Tempest if you don't have the Keystone. After that, chip away at Crit Nodes if you are level 95 and lower.

• Adonia's Cast-on-Comets Variant
• Massively overpowered mapping/bossing variant has been added. Enables lazy gameplay and ridiculously overtuned DPS and defensiveness. I've updated the gear, gems, priority, etc., and created a full guide for the variant on YT here: Adonia's Ego - Mana Stacking Comets Comprehensive Guide
