NOTE: This is an endgame version of the build so it wont show leveling setup or anything.
For Leveling:
If youre going maces, i recommend using boneshatter and rolling slam early until you unlock Earthshatter then do Earthshatter + infernal/seismic cry with herald of ash.
If you dont like leveling with Maces, try using Bear Talisman with slams as they synergize better with our tree similar to Maces. Otherwise, can always go Twisters with spear until 41, because theyre OP and dont need any specific passives.
